OffersMade, Inc. is currently in the market to buy mobile home parks, mainly in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina - Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and High Point areas.  We would also consider anything in Forsyth, Davidson, Guilford, Stokes, Yadkin, Surry, Wilkes, Rowan, or Davie County as well.  Specifically, we'd like to see:

• 10 or more sites/pads
• Owner participation in the financing as much as possible

Sometimes we are the principle buyer in the transaction -- other times we're in a partnership with other investors or we act as a scout and represent 3rd party buyers.  In most cases, our criteria is such that we must be able to buy below market value and arrange excellent terms through owner financing.  These are merely rough guidelines as each deal is evaluated individually and is entered into based on its own merits.
